Before you write
The four things people ask us most.
Orders leave our US fulfilment partner within one business day. Standard US delivery is typically 5–8 business days, free on every order. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
If it has not shipped yet, yes. Email us with your order number as soon as you can and we will catch it. Once it is with the carrier you can still return it under the 30-day policy.
Message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will send return instructions the same business day. It does not need to be unused — we would rather you actually tried it.
