How Our Guarantee Works

Step 1: Contact our support team at support@kiniflow.com with your order number. Step 2: We review and approve within 24 hours. Step 3: Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Standard Return Window

Outside of our 90-day guarantee, you may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all accessories. Return shipping costs are the customer responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.
