What can be returned
Any product bought directly from kiniflow.com, within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Open Returns in your account, or email support@kiniflow.com with your order number.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days.
Faulty items
Email a photo and your order number. We replace or refund it and cover shipping both ways.
